When you create your account, WeightBuddy automatically calculates your daily calorie and macronutrient goals based on your age, sex, activity level, and target goal (lose, maintain, or gain weight). These recommendations are designed to give you a personalized and realistic path toward your health objectives.
If your goals or lifestyle change, you can easily adjust your calorie targets under Profile > Settings > Edit Goals. Updating your weight goal or timeline will automatically recalculate your daily targets to ensure continued progress.
To monitor your daily calorie balance, look at the Home screen below the fasting widget. Here, you’ll see how many calories you’ve consumed, how many you’ve burned, and how many remain for the day. You can customize how this data appears — for example, choosing whether to display calories eaten or remaining — under Settings > Preferences > Calorie Display.
