Here, you’ll find dynamic charts showing your weekly, monthly, and yearly progress for weight, fasting, meals, and activity. By reviewing these graphs regularly, you can identify patterns, spot plateaus, and celebrate your milestones.
Logging your weight consistently helps WeightBuddy better understand your progress. To record a new entry, open the Progress tab and tap the plus icon in the corner of the weight chart. You can also add notes or photos to track visual changes alongside the numbers.
The calendar view on the Home screen offers another powerful perspective. It uses color-coded indicators to show how balanced and consistent your days have been, making it easier to see long-term trends in your eating, fasting, and activity patterns.
