Staying active is an essential part of reaching your goals, and WeightBuddy helps you log and track every movement. You can record workouts manually or sync them automatically from your smartwatch.
To log an activity manually, tap the Movement widget on the Home screen. Describe your workout by entering the type of activity, duration, and intensity. If you’ve connected your smartwatch, WeightBuddy will automatically import your workouts and daily step count through HealthKit (on iOS) or Google Fit (on Android).
All your logged activities appear in your daily log, giving you a clear picture of how your workouts contribute to your calorie balance. You can edit or delete workouts by tapping the three-dot menu next to each entry, but note that activities older than seven days cannot be modified.
By combining exercise data with nutrition tracking, WeightBuddy gives you a complete understanding of how your daily choices align with your goals.
